L'album éponyme de Metallica, mieux connu sous le nom de The Black Album, est remasterisé ! The Black Album est l'un des disques les plus vendus et acclamés par la critique de tous les temps, avec des ventes mondiales de plus de 35 millions, et contient une série de singles implacables, "Enter Sandman", "The Unforgiven", "Nothing Else Matters", « Wherever I may roam » et « Sad But True ». Remasterisé par Bob Ludwig chez Gateway Mastering et supervisé par le producteur exécutif Greg Fidelman.

La 3CD Expanded Edition a une couverture alternative triée sur le volet par Lars Ulrich et comprend 3 CD contenant le nouvel album remasterisé et des démos, des mixages bruts et des pistes live inédits. Comprend un livret de 28 pages.

Pour tous les fans, ces 3 CD sont un véritable trésor de guerre qui va satisfaire leur esprit collectionneur.
Ceux qui sont à l’affut de la moindre piste pas encore publiée seront ravis !
